Hey Families! On July 22nd The youth group will be going to see Toy Story 5! We have not purchased tickets yet. Time of departure and return will be sent to the numbers/emails provided in this form once we figure out what showing we will go to. The price will be $10 per student.

Please fill out this release of liability waiver with our church if you haven't done so before.
